How we got started
The idea for Trilogy started long before the company was actually founded. The goal was to develop a company that builds business relationships that last. OK, that is kind of cliché and everyone says it these days. Trilogy is different because we actually do it. All of the members of our organization have been involved in businesses where the “churn and burn” and pushy selling philosophy was the focus. With the desire to make a real difference in a customer’s business, our founder began to build the basis for Trilogy.
Trilogy originally started through experimentation with some early CRM hosting services as well as Website Development and Hosting. While experimenting with a different concept, our company was officially founded in 2001. Yes, during Summer of 2001, just months before the September 11th tragedies Trilogy was started. Our founder, Robb Shirey, was confident that the philosophy and vision could be realized. Our goal is to:
a. Build a first class company that treats every customer with the respect and attention that they deserve, regardless of the size, annual billing, or length of relationship with our company.
b. Deliver our products and services at a fair price.
c. Have fun doing what we do.
We strive to build valuable, lasting relationships with our customers. When you become a Trilogy customer, we treat you as a business partner, not as just another customer on the list. We take a genuine interest in your business and lend an objective, creative third party look at your Contact Management Relationship (CRM) strategy.
